Individual Therapy

I offer services out-of-network with insurance companies. This choice was intentionally made so you have more control over your treatment and journey to wellness. By choosing private pay, everything is straight forward. You know exactly how much you are paying and are also ensuring your records remain confidential. Payment is accepted via cash, check or credit card and is due at the time of service. Insurance is not currently accepted but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.

Rates:

• $185 for initial 60 minute intake appointment.

• $150 for ongoing 55 minute appointments.

If cost is a barrier for accessing the support you need, please let me know and we can discuss a limited sliding scale option.
